Description: Save the date! In celebration of the city's 50th anniversary, the Northglenn Historic Preservation Foundation will be hosting an open-house style tour of several vintage homes in our community. This will include Deza Estates, a small enclave of custom midcentury modern style homes built in the 1950’s; Perl Mack, the city of Northglenn’s original neighborhood, named “The most perfectly planned community in America” by Life magazine in 1962; and the Stonehocker Farmhouse, the oldest standing brick farmhouse in Adams County and listed on the National Historic Register.
After-Party: Following the tour, all ticketholders are invited to a Deza Estates Neighborhood Party 2:00pm-5:00pm, located in a beautifully landscaped yard designed by Living Earth Designs. At the party, you can mingle with homeowners and fellow architecture and Northglenn enthusiasts, enjoy snacks and drinks, and take in the stunning views of Denver and the front range.

Olde Fashioned Christmas
10:00am - 4:00pm
Each year in early December the community is invited to the historic farmhouse. Each of the rooms in the house is lovingly decorated with holiday cheer, Christmas music is played on an antique piano, and the Northland Chorale makes it an annual tradition to sing carols for guests. The "Second Time Around" room is filled with vintage holiday goodies for sale and volunteers bake delicious treats for sale as well. Youth attending the event can take photos with Santa and receive a free book from Northglenn Build a Generation. This family-friendly event is free and open to the public.
